Farmworkers
We are currently interviewing farmworkers for 2023!
Farmworkers live on the farm and work with us throughout the growing season (April - November) and are involved in every aspect of the farm—from the first seeds in the greenhouse to clearing out the fields for Winter and preparations for the next year. This is an excellent way to learn about farming. Experience is not necessary.
We expect a positive attitude, a good sense of humor, and willingness and ability to work hard and have fun in a challenging environment. Full-time/Part-time hourly
We hire one or two local folks to work with us through the growing season, April -November, and help with all aspects of the farm. Contact us by email at porkhillfarm@gmail.com to send a resume and/or email about why you want to work with us. We’ll schedule an interview to move forward!
Work shares
The work-share option is available in 2023. Contact us for details.
A work share is a way to pay for a CSA share by working with us on the farm. Work share CSA members usually work with us on harvest days, helping us harvest, wash and pack produce on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays.
