Native to Northwestern Spain, this pepper is traditionally used for tapas! Harvest when small and green, pan fry with a little olive oil and salt, and Voila! Delicious. At this stage, one in 10 peppers might be hot. If left to ripen red, all will be very hot and super sweet and sooo good!
